Karen loves the water, whether it’s a Lake or a river or an ocean, and when travelling she has to be by bodies of water, she loves boating to her rustic cabin on the Shuswap and spending time renovating the cabin and boating with friends.

Based out of our Prince George office, Geoff Simpson heads up Excel Personnel’s Northern BC Operations and brings with him extensive experience in Sales, Communications, Operations and mid-level Management along with a Client Centric business focus.
Born and raised in the North, along with his wife, Lisa and son, Emmett, Geoff believes strongly in the industries and communities we service, and views our working relationships with our clients and candidates as a partnership and not a transaction.

Erin is based in our Prince George Office heading the Temporary Staffing Division in Northern BC. Born and raised in Vanderhoof, her background has lead her back to Prince George, from Kamloops, where she enjoys her life and family. Having worked in administration, client care mining, hospitality, advertising and sales for the past 8 years, she strives to give clients and candidates the best experience possible. Erin is looking forward to building on those connections within the Northern market. Out of the office, you'll find her at the lake, with family and friends, or soaking up the sun.

Based out of our Prince George office, Laura Lawrence joined the growing Temporary Staffing division in the fall of 2017. Laura comes to Excel with a passion for business development and human resource management. With experience in the private and non-profit business sectors; Laura brings with her a solid understanding of client needs, a large network and is adept at identifying and placing stellar candidates for any project.
Things like Experience, professional demeanor and having a well put together resume are always going to be important. What you lack in experience can be improved upon by volunteering and hitting it out of the park when you have good rapport. Every interaction with an interviewer, temporary placement or recruiter is a possibility so make a positive impact.
In her off time Laura loves staying up way too late into the night to catch a glimpse of a meteor shower, the Aurora Borealis or any other astronomical event that is worth freezing under a blanket for.

Gillian brings 25 years experience in Full Cycle Simply Sage Accounting from A/R, A/P, Payroll, Remittances, Corporate Tax, GST, Rev Canada non- penalty remittances to bank reconciliations and office budgets to year ends. Gillian is a skilled accounting professional and works with management on the day to day operations of all three branches of Excel Personnel successfully while keeping everyone apprised on a daily basis.
Sidne joins us with 5 years Hospitality and Customer Service background that is skilled in Communication and Team Work while having an attention to detail managing tasks from qualifying orders to exceptional customer services skills while completing her 4th Year of Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Human Resources in Employee and Labour Relations, HR Planning and Staffing, Employment Law and Business Ethics and Society. Sidne is excited to be joining Excel Personnel to be a strong voice in assisting with the Temporary Staffing Division with her positive attitude and time efficient manner.
