Excel Personnel has been retained by our National Client to recruit a Bilingual Team Development Manager that will provide customer service and front line support to our clients Canadian clients with respect to the maintenance and operations of their buildings. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling inbound service requests received via telephone, email and web interface and initiating work orders to support timely fulfillment and resolution of client requests. The Bilingual Team Development Manager is required to provide service in English and French.
The Operations Centre is a critical environment within our client company in Kamloops, BC and is responsible for receiving and dispatching facilities service requests for its clients – 7days a week/24 hours a day/365 days a year. Currently, the Operations Centre provides facilities management support to over 20 clients across different industries and handles over 720,000 service requests a year. The work environment is fast-paced and client-service focused. In order to ensure ongoing performance success, the Operations Centres team members are measured against service delivery metrics.
The Team Development Manager (TDM) will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, training, developing and mentoring a team of Facility Services Coordinators (FSCs). The incumbent is responsible for the performance and development of each FSC on their team, including improving productivity and quality through regular coaching. The Operations Centre provides support to our clients in English, French and Spanish.
EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than three years up to five years
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET)
