Excel Personnel Inc. has been retained by our local client to recruit their next Amazing Administration A/R – A/P person. This is a temporary position that could lead to full time permanent for the right candidate.
For this position you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in office administration including:
- Answering phones
- Simply Accounting (Sage 50) and a solid understanding of the accounting process.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite with excellent Word and Excel experience
- If applying for this position you must be able to work as a team member as well as on your own with minimal supervision in a very fast paced environment.
