Excel Personnel is looking for an Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping experience on a contract to assist our local client in Kamloops, BC immediately. Successful candidates must have office experience, bookkeeping experience, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office. Office hours are Monday-Friday, from 7:00am-3:30pm with ½ hr break.
Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Summary:
The successful candidate will be in charge of general office duties as required such as answering incoming calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, greeting clientele, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. This position some light bookkeeping responsibilities.
