Excel Personnel is now accepting additional  Administrative and Accounting candidates to join our Temporary Roster for Kamloops. Administrative / Reception / Clerical Positions:

• You are a skilled Receptionist, taking messages, relaying to clients, documentation preparation, Mail, Couriers and any other office related duty as assigned
• Strong Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Takes Direction well
• Skilled in Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
• Website Updates
• Online Marketing
• Data Entry

Accounting Related Positions:

• Great Communication skills
• Attention to Detail
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Comfortable using either Sage 50, 100, 300, Loggers Edge, Timberline, Quickbooks or any other accounting software for different assignments
• 1-2 years experience

Hours of operation vary per client and could be 8:00 - 4:00; 9:00-5:00; 8:30am - 4:30pm and Mondays through Fridays. Only those permitted to work in Canada and currently residing in British Columbia need apply.
