Excel Personnel has been retained to hire our clients next Temporary Account Billing and Relievable Clerk - Dental Practice - Kamloops, BC
- Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
- Specifically, you will be responsible for :
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments by conducting weekly Accounts Receivable reviews with the AR team
- Will be trained on specialized Dental Software for policies and procedures in implementing day to day transactions
Our clients office is by far one of the newest and updated practices in the city, with a staff to match with personalities, and attitudes that you will fit in quite nicely.
This position is a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk position for a few days a week which would be perfect for a skilled accounts receivable, Billing Clerk with children in school and only seeking part time employment at this time.
Hourly wage is commensurate with experience and if you are seeking to get back in the work force, and have a strong command for numbers, client communications, billing different companies and collection of receivables than this could be just what you are looking for.
