Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to hire 2 Temporary Administrative Assistants to assist in their daily administrative duties of their corporate offices in  Vernon for a 3-Month contract term. Duties: •    Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Data Entry •    Assisting supervisors with many administrative duties as assigned •    50 wpm+/- with attention to detail and a strong command in spelling and grammar A quick learner in a Land Titles Environment with excellent computer skills that can manage in a dynamic environment Provide assistance to clients, prepare and file electronic documents Experience: •    2 - 3 years office experience •    Use of all office equipment, telephone systems, fax, digital filing etc •    detail orientated, communicative and supportive to management in documentation and instructions. $22.00/hr for upwards of a 3 month contract that has the opportunity of going into a permanent position.
