Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to secure their next HR Co-ordinator in the Kamloops Region of Tourism This is a Temporary Role until a permanent candidate can be secured for this property. This position has the opportunity of turning into a full time role for the right fit candidate. Are you currently in between positions at the moment? Are you an HR Professional? Accommodation can be made available onsite, can sometimes be worked remotely, however the best scenario is working on client site.
The ideal candidate will have upwards of 3 years in a current HR Focused position
Able to work in a fast paced environment in a highly functioned seasonal resort, hiring multiple employees for various departments.
Strong communication and customer focused personality will be your strong points along with being up to date on all BC Laws in HR
You are skilled in all forms of recruitment, working with department heads for job descriptions and on onsite data base ATS system for job postings and selections
You will be working with a fail proof recruitment systems on social media, while also contributing your background for successful hires to the team
You will be skilled in all Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
