Operations Co ordinator - Administrative Assistant

Excel Personnel has been retained to recruit on a contract term and Administrative Assistant that could turn into an Operations Co ordinator, this is a temporary long term role until a successful candidate has been identified to fill the role permanently in West Kelowna, BC This position will supports the Operations Planning team with core activities including inventory reconciliation & accuracy, export planning and documentation, shipment & freight coordination, and regulatory submissions. This person will work closely with the internal procurement and warehousing teams to coordinate material movements, reconcile discrepancies, and support our export business with documentation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work with the Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse teams meet the overall business requirements

· Plan raw material movements between supplier and internal warehouses

· Manage stakeholder communication and timelines for imported materials & goods

· Reconcile system records of finished goods and raw material inventory counts on a regular basis

· Prepare documentation for sample and export shipments

· Maintain system accuracy through regular transactions of damages and cycle counts

· Coordinate material movements & ad-hoc freight requests with transportation partners

Salary of course will be commensurate with previous background experience and will be attractive to the right fit candidate.  $24.00 - $28.00/hr to start.
