Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to recruit their next Temporary Office Assistant to assist with the day to day operations of our Clients Engineering/Consulting firm in Kamloops for the next 3 months.
- Are you currently seeking to return to the workforce?
- Are you currently in between careers and happy to do a temporary assignment until such time as a permanent position identifies itself for you?
Then this is what will be expected:
- Outgoing Personality
- Skilled in Receptionist duties on telephone answering, message taking, document preparation, emails and general office equipment use
- Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, Filing, Scanning etc

Payrate is $23.00/hour and starts immediately for a 8-12 week placement for a medical leave.
