Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to recruit their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Canim Lake, BC.

Our client is seeking their next CEO and requires an enthusiastic, business minded senior leader to guide this vibrant organization. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO position is responsible for administering the operations of the company as well as implementing the policy, strategy, and directives of the Board of Directors in an effective way. 

The CEO is expected to be an entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with the experience and skill set that drives business development and healthy, sustainable growth. 

The CEO works with and directs the company’s management team along with a team of professionals and support staff.    The CEO will have demonstrated experience working in Indigenous Government and Indigenous Economic Development environments.  The CEO will possess exceptional management, leadership and communication skills and use their experience in leading business initiatives in the following industry areas:

• Forestry & Value-Added Manufacturing
• Ranching / Land Management
• Oil & Gas / Pipelines
• New Business Start Ups & Business Development
• Tourism & Recreation
