Job Code: #5007 Job Type: Contract Location: Kelowna Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to recruit their next Temporary Administrative Assistant for a long term assignment in Winfield.
This assignment will run from August through to October 2022 and you will be responsible for:
All regular office duties as the first person of contact that include:
Telephone Answering - taking and transcribing readable messages - emails - couriers - mail - bank deposits
Having a sparkling personality to greet clients and public
Manage all documents in Word, Excel, Outlook, preparing and distribution of same for Management
Data Entry for accounting month end procedures - Filing - keeping office clean and tidy, dusting
Compiling and putting together packages for deliver to clients
Assisting staff and customers in person, on phone and through email correspondence
