Accounts Payable Clerk

Excel Personnel has been retained by our client to secure their next Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a 6 month duration This assignment is upwards of 6 months and has the ability of turning into a permanent position like our last temporary staff did.

• This is a very Fast Paced fAccounts Payable position
• Our client's system is in transition and will be transferring their system from an SAP system to an Ariba system in September this year
• Training will commence for a for two week period  onsite then will be working remote from home with laptop and company equipment supplied for this contract
• This requires agility, dedication, attention to detail, fast turn around on data entry daily, strong accounting knowledge and understanding of matching PO's, third party documents to payables, gaining correct authorizations
• This will be an amazing position for the individual that is a numbers person, and strives for perfection
• 2 years minimum background in a similar role
