Excel Personnel has been retained by our National Client to recruit a new position for a company expansion in Kelowna, BC for their Director of Operations and seeking a strong individual to join their team or professionals.

Our client has branch offices all over the world, with recently adding Vancouver and Kelowna to their expanded offices for Cutting edge Payment tools from sending and receiving bank transfers in all currencies internationally for swift processing for e-commerce and beyond.

This full time position will be available to commence prior to April 15, 2023, in our client’s Kelowna, BC branch and will entertain Hybrid or Remote for the right fit candidate.

This position is a unique position in Finance that will be fitting for an individual that understands all kinds of money transactions, reportings, spreadsheets, and international liaisons to learn more about the industry and be a front runner in your field of expertise.

• The Successful Candidate will have/should have as the Director of Operations – MSB:Experience in any of these spheres of Fin-Tech, Crypto-Currencies, Money Service Business, Corporate Governance and Compliance procedures;
• Knowledge of AML obligations and MSB business is a plus

• Primary Responsibilities and Goals:With your superior Customer Service Skills, you will be interacting with Regulators and Local Authorities, responding to compliance and regulatory queries;
• Manage the Day to Day Operations of the local office in Kelowna and interacting with the Vancouver and Foreign offices;
• Working with and resolving issues with Partners and Service Providers;
• Working with the Banking Industry and building relationships;
• Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the company scope;
• Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reportings to Shareholders
• You will be skilled in all Microsoft Office tools and have an understanding of the processes needed

• Our client combines traditional remittance tools with modern payment solutions. Local and International bank transfers, credit cards, electronic and cryptocurrencies, and other instruments are brought together into a unified easy-to-use environment.
• Working with over 200+ employees/team members for support in
• Management, IT Department, Customer Support, Compliance Department, Legal Department, Marketing and Design, and Product Management to assist you in your daily knowledge to build your success in the company.
