What You'll Be Doing
- Performing repairs and maintenance across residential and common areas
- Maintaining HVAC, fire sprinklers, irrigation, and other critical building systems
- Landscaping and seasonal upkeep, from snow removal to lawn care
- Handling minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Coordinating trades and managing contractor work
- Responding to emergencies and resident requests with professionalism
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experience in senior housing or non-profit environments is a plus
- Trade certifications (HVAC, Millwright, etc.) are highly desirable
- Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, climbing, and outdoor work
- Able to provide direction to contractors and consultants
